Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and job postings.
Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment agencies to attract talent.
Conduct reference checks and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
Manage office administration, including vendor coordination and facility management.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Onboarding and Employee Engagement:
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
Conduct orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Address employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly.
Prepare payroll reports for management review.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
