Talent Acquisition



Manage the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating, interviewing, and closing candidates. Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal database, referrals, and innovative channels. Handle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles based on business requirements. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

Stakeholder Management



Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role expectations, job specifications, and workforce requirements. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on hiring status, challenges, and market insights. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth interview experience.
