Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute
employee engagement activities
, events, and team-building programs that promote collaboration and motivation.
Develop and manage
employee recognition and rewards initiatives
to celebrate achievements and milestones.
Conduct
employee engagement surveys
, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partner with HR leadership and department heads to identify engagement opportunities that improve morale and retention.
Coordinate and execute
employee wellness programs
, including health awareness drives, stress management sessions, and work-life balance initiatives.
Support and implement
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
projects and community involvement activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of engagement activities, participation rates, and feedback reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employee engagement and workplace culture to introduce fresh, creative ideas.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience
in HR engagement, culture development, or employee experience roles.
Proven experience organizing
corporate events and engagement programs
, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute meaningful engagement initiatives.
Good understanding of
Indian labor and statutory welfare practices
related to employee engagement.
