The Employee Relations Specialist supports a positive work environment by handling employee concerns, managing attrition, and coordinating employee lifecycle processes from induction to exit.
Key Responsibilities
Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
Monitor and help control employee attrition
Manage induction and onboarding documentation
Support performance, conduct, and disciplinary processes
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Coordinate employee exit processes and documentation
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant HR experience
Experience in employee relations or HR operations
Good communication and organizational skills

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
