1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and foster a positive work environment
3. Ensure English proficiency in verbal and written communication within the organization
4. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews
5. Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve performance
6. Handle office administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies, billing to vendors, listing on portals, etc.
7. Support employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and increase overall satisfaction within the company
