Coordinate all internal and external job request and queries..
Maintain digital information of all employees, prevent any unauthorized access.
Help in hiring process, post job ads, preliminary interview of candidates.
Use Human Resources software to manage performance and goals of all employees.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Onboard new employees, maintain onboarding and offboarding task for all employees as needed.
Create. maintain and share HR reports as needed.
Help in marketing activities and improving Digital presence of company as needed.
Support other department of company when needed.
Establish standard HR process and Policies.
Keep current on latest HR standards and activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources.
Aware of local laws of India and North America.
Exposure to payroll system.
Understanding of NDA's, Privacy policy, Conflict resolutions.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Self managed and ability to prioritize the tasks.
Expert level of computer user.
Efficient in Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working in remote setting
Well versed in utilizing AI tools to improve the deliverables in timely manner.
Note
: This job is for India location, to start with it will be remote with future move required to come to office. Thorough background check will be required for the candidate including reference from previous employer.
