Compensation -Hourly INR 800

Weekly Hours -Min.10 - 20 hours a week based on content requirements.

Reporting to - Founder & CEO

Job Requirement -

A master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution is mandatory. Experience in researching hiring practices of leading companies is required. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in HR content creation or a similar role is necessary. Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential Strong ability to work diligently towards agreed targets Proficiency in computer use and thorough online research skills.

Responsible for creating engaging and informative content related to training, human resources, and career development Research and write about various HR topics, including effective recruitment strategies and the latest trends in talent management, tailored for a diverse international audience. Ensure that all HR content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the established HR policies, processes, and practices. Conduct thorough research on theoretical concepts using reputable sources, both online and offline.
