We're Hiring - Immediate Joiner | HR Professional

Location:

Chandigarh, Punjab (15 mins from Airport) | Office-based only

What we're looking for:

1-2+ yrs HR experience (admin/legal/technical/research exposure preferred) Background in Engineering/Research/Psychology + HR (ideal) Strong in HR Ops, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Hands-on with Canva / video editing / content creation Proactive, responsible & good at team-building/communication. Excel analytical & presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

? End-to-end HR operations (onboarding, compliance, grievance handling, team development)
? Talent Acquisition & team balance across verticals
? Employer Branding - posters, videos, newsletters, social media & campaigns

Personality Traits:
An enthusiastic, lively, and confident HR professional, who fits well in different company cultures, invests time in understanding the way of working and tries to maximize his worth by delivering maximum value to the company by contributing to a healthy team building, sharing suggestions on improving the company processes, proactive, and takes responsibility for his work.
