Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Assist in workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Support performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work culture.
Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2-3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a similar business partner role).
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
