Role & responsibilities



Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:



Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract top talent. Manage employer branding initiatives, including online presence, social media, and content creation (job posts, employee testimonials, etc.). Partner with recruitment teams to create compelling job advertisements and materials that reflect the companys culture and values. Design and maintain career pages on the company website and social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

Talent Acquisition Support:



Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and create marketing materials that promote open roles. Use marketing tactics to engage potential candidates, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media outreach. Analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Internal Communication & Engagement:



Create and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and employee recognition programs. Help promote and organize employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and internal surveys. Support the HR team with training materials and internal campaigns to reinforce company culture.

Market Research & Data Analysis:



Conduct market research to stay updated on talent trends, competitor recruitment strategies, and employee engagement practices. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to evaluate success and return on investment (ROI).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies. Support HR in the development of programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through effective marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile Qualifications:



Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in both marketing and HR, ideally in employer branding or recruitment marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter). Creative, innovative, and data-driven approach to problem-solving. Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:



Previous experience in a marketing role within a corporate HR or recruitment setting. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies. Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to employee engagement and recruitment efforts.
