Key Responsibilities
? Induction & Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
? Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
? Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
? HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR functions including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation.
? Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and implement retention strategies.
? Stakeholder Management: Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
? Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between operations and client HR for people-related matters.
? Admin & Facility Support: Oversee basic administrative responsibilities such as ID card issuance, seating arrangements, and office upkeep.
