Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and support succession planning
Drive performance management processes and talent pipeline development
Provide guidance on career development and workforce planning
Learning & Development
Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs with internal/external partners
Drive initiatives to strengthen leadership and functional capabilities
Evaluate effectiveness of L&D programs and ensure alignment with business goals
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end hiring for critical roles in coordination with internal teams and recruitment partners
Ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience
Support workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives
Employee Engagement
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and culture
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership
Analyze engagement feedback and recommend improvement actions
Desired Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or graduation from a reputed institute
Strong knowledge of talent management, L&D, recruitment, and employee engagement
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
