Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people management and organizational development.
Manage talent management initiatives - workforce planning, performance management, succession planning.
Address employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Drive engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and retention.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to ensure smooth hiring and capability-building initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role
(BFSI/Housing Finance preferred).
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
