Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and managers on all people-related matters.
Drive and support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning within business units.
Manage employee relations cases with fairness and consistency, ensuring alignment with company policy and local laws.
Collaborate with the HR Head on strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational design.
Use HR metrics and data to influence business decisions and provide insight-driven recommendations.
Work closely with recruitment, L&D, payroll, and admin teams to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
Lead and support employee onboarding, internal transfers, career development, and exit processes for your assigned units.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Ensure legal compliance with all HR-related legislation and keep internal policies updated.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year in an HRBP role.
Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and collaborate cross-functionally.
