Job Overview

The HRBP will help align the organization's people and business strategies. Not only will you be the people champion and an administrative expert but also a strategic partner and change agent for the business.

Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)



Key Responsibilities1. Performance Management & Org Effectiveness



Design and implement a robust 360-degree performance management framework across the organisation Establish clear KRAs and KPIs for all roles, ensuring alignment with business goals Drive cadence-based reviews (half-yearly/annual) and calibration discussions Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and accountability Identify high performers, skill gaps, and succession pipelines

2. Strategic HR Business Partnering



Partner closely with functional heads to align people strategy with department goals Act as a sounding board for leaders on team structure, capability building, and people challenges Support leadership during periods of change, growth, or performance shifts Translate business strategy into practical people initiatives

3. Learning & Development (L&D)



Own the end-to-end L&D strategy for the organisation Identify training needs at individual, team, and leadership levels Design and manage leadership development programs Track learning impact and ensure ROI on L&D investments

4. Onboarding & Employee Experience



Redesign and elevate the onboarding experience to reflect CompanyStore.IO's culture and expectations Ensure new hires ramp up effectively in both performance and cultural alignment Continuously improve the employee lifecycle experience (joining ? growth ? progression)

5. Culture, Communication & Alignment



Play a key role in evolving the culture from tribal to performance-led, without losing our human core Drive department alignment through structured rituals, reviews, and communication forums Own company-wide townhalls, internal communication, and leadership messaging Reinforce values through systems, behaviours, and recognition

6. HR Operations & Team Management



Lead and mentor two HR team members, ensuring clear ownership and development Oversee core HR processes: policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations Ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency across HR practices

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
