Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Drive workforce & succession planning, performance management, and talent development.

- Strengthen employee connect, culture, and engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies.

- Use HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.

Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

- 8-10 years' HRBP/Generalist experience.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR practices.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
