Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic HR partner across hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.

- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

- Drive people operations & HR process improvements.

- Streamline business operations by documenting SOPs and improving cross-functional workflows.

- Prepare sales & marketing performance reports and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

- Support business operations, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.

- Assist with financial operations such as invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in HRBP / HR Operations / People Operations.

- Strong understanding of business operations & startup dynamics.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with ownership and accountability.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll tools, attendance systems.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, and basic CRM tools.

- Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards.
