The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Dreamfoot will be instrumental in driving growth by managing the complete employee life cycle and aligning HR initiatives with the company's creative and technical objectives. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to cultivate a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration, ensuring the team thrives as Dreamfoot expands from 7 to 20 employees by December 2025.
Role & Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in video production, editing, digital marketing, and cinematography.
Lead onboarding processes to integrate new hires seamlessly into Dreamfoot's culture of creativity and teamwork.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and fulfill evolving hiring needs as Dreamfoot scales.
2. Learning & Development
Design and implement training programs focused on enhancing technical and creative competencies in production, storytelling, and digital media.
Foster a culture of continuous learning to keep Dreamfoot ahead of industry trends and production innovations.
Facilitate career development and coaching initiatives that align individual goals with Dreamfoot's growth.
3. Performance Review & Development
Develop and manage performance management systems that align with the goals of delivering high-quality, timely, and innovative content.
Promote a feedback-rich culture to support continuous improvement in video production, editing, and storytelling.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
Drive initiatives to maintain high employee engagement and a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
Create retention strategies to nurture and retain top creative and technical talent, emphasizing long-term career growth.
Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction through regular feedback and engagement activities.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Ensure competitive compensation structures for creative and production roles that align with industry standards.
Regularly review and adjust benefits packages to match employee needs and market trends.
6. Organizational Development & Growth
Support Dreamfoot's growth from 7 to 20 employees by December 2025 through scalable organizational planning and development.

Establish and enforce policies that foster a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.
7. Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing support in resolving concerns and promoting open communication.
Mediate conflicts professionally to maintain a positive, productive work environment.
8. Exit Process & Offboarding
Oversee smooth and professional offboarding processes, including exit interviews to gather insights for improving retention strategies and the overall employee experience.
Preferred Candidate Persona
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
0-5 years in HR, with demonstrated expertise in managing the full employee life cycle. Experience in any industry is welcome, though familiarity with creative or production environments is a plus.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage the entire employee life cycle, from talent acquisition to offboarding.
Deep understanding of the needs of creative professionals in production, marketing, and digital storytelling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-level relationships.
Strategic thinking and a strong passion for organizational development and growth.
Tools:
Ability to leverage tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for drafting communications, automating tasks, and improving HR process efficiency.
