Role & Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance management, learning, and development initiatives.
Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring and culture transformation.
Provide insights and recommendations on HR policies and strategies to support business goals and enhance workforce productivity.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR business partnering, with a strong track record in employee relations and talent management.
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a dynamic environment.
