Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for domestic requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, communication, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or internal trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until closure
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within defined TATs
Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements
Share daily/weekly recruitment status reports with the team
Skills & Requirements
0-1 years of experience in
domestic recruitment
(staffing firm experience preferred)
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Education
Graduate / MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification
