Human Resource Associate (Fresher)

:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated HR graduates to join our HCM team. This role is designed to provide fresh MBA/PGDM graduates in HR with hands-on exposure to Human Capital Management systems and processes, helping them build a strong foundation in HR technology, business processes, and digital workforce management.

Key Skills:

Gain in-depth knowledge of modules such as Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Payroll etc. Support the implementation team as a shadow resource and assist in project activities. Develop an understanding of various project delivery models, including implementation and support. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Prepare and deliver business presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project statuses and insights. Stay updated with HCM concepts, product upgrades, and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed business school. Strong understanding of HR concepts, processes, and frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR transformation initiatives.
