The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
