Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. Handle the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and introduction to company policies.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and conflict resolution. Facilitate communication between employees and management to address workplace issues.

Performance Management:

Assist in the performance evaluation process, ensuring timely feedback and development plans for employees. Help in identifying employee training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.

Payroll & Attendance:

Ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance, leave requests, and payroll-related issues. Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Policy & Compliance:

Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies that are compliant with labor laws and company guidelines. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee relations and workplace conditions.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives. Work on strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records, ensuring all HR data is updated and accurate. Prepare and maintain reports related to HR activities, such as hiring, turnover rates, and employee demographics.

Training & Development:

Help coordinate training sessions for employees, including skills development, leadership training, and other educational programs.

Objective :

To effectively manage and enhance the performance of the e-commerce operations. E-commerce executives will be assessed based on the following Key Performance Indicators:

Employee Satisfaction: -

Maintain a high level of employee satisfaction Regularly measure and analyze employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and other mechanisms.

Talent Acquisition Metrics :

Achieve efficient and effective recruitment Track turnover rates, identify reasons for attrition, and implement strategies to improve employee retention.

Employee retention:

Retain key talent and minimise turnover. Track turnover rates, identify reasons for attrition, and implement strategies to improve employee retention

Training and Development Participation:

Retain key talent and minimise turnover. Monitor attendance and engagement levels in training initiatives to ensure continuous employee skill development

Diversity and inclusion : :

Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture Measure diversity metrics, create an inclusive environment, and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion

Performance Management:

Ensure effective performance management processes. Monitor the completion of performance appraisals, set clear performance goals, and assess the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.

HR technology Utilisation:

Optimize the use of HR technology tools Monio the adoption and effective utilisation of HR technology platforms to enhance in HR processes.

Workplace Compliance:

Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations. Conduct regular audit to ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations

Leadership Development::

Develop leadership capabilities within the organisation Implement programs to identify and nurture leadership talent, track leadership development participation, and assess the impact on organisational leadership capabilities.

Employee relations:

Maintain positive employee relations MOnitor employee relations metrics, address workplace conflicts promptly, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Qualifications:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS systems). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
