We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to join our team as an
HR Associate
. This is a
generalist role
with a strong focus on
end-to-end recruitment for the Healthcare Team
and
driving employee engagement initiatives
across the organization.
The role will involve managing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, while also leading engagement programs such as fun activities, monthly engagement calendars, regular connects, R&Rs, and more. You will also serve as a key point of contact for employees and supporting HR Business Partners in ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Duties
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for healthcare positions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Drive smooth onboarding and ensure an exceptional new-joiner experience.
Plan and execute employee engagement via townhalls, celebrations, and fun activities.
Conduct regular employee connects, retention and exit discussions.
Address and resolve employee queries within specified SLAs.
Collaborate with the HR Partners on process improvements and support ongoing people initiatives and projects.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and employee engagement.
Strong sourcing and screening skills across channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Sheets).
