Key Responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
? Maintain HR operations, documentation & compliance
? Implement performance reviews & staff capacity building
? Upgrade HR policies, conduct POSH trainings & day to day staff management
? Support audits, donor compliance & organizational growth
Who Can Apply
Post-graduate in HR / Social Work / related field
5+ years HR experience (NGO/social sector preferred)
Strong knowledge of labour laws & ethical HR practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
