passionate and driven Human Resource Associate

to join our team. Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, this is your chance to contribute to a growing creative environment while learning the ropes of people management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

:

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process -- from posting job openings to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires. Maintain and update employee records and databases. Coordinate orientation sessions and help new employees integrate smoothly into the team. Support HR functions such as performance reviews, attendance tracking, and policy enforcement. Help plan and organize internal events, team activities, and training programs. Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, or leaves. Ensure compliance with internal processes and statutory HR practices. Collaborate with various departments to promote a healthy and productive work culture.

Skills & Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR or internships in related functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A friendly, approachable attitude with good interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Familiarity with HR software or tools (like Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar) is a plus. Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
