What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Log and track grievances and make sure they're closed on time.
Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues fairly.
Keep proper records and documentation for all cases.
Support with letters, notices, and basic HR documentation when needed.
Help with follow-ups, counselling, and escalation support.
Share regular updates/reports on common issues and suggestions.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (HR/Business preferred but not mandatory).
At least 6 months of experience in HR operations or grievance handling.
Good communication skills and a calm, balanced approach.
Comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
Basic MS Office skills and attention to detail.
