About the internship
Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for human resources and operations? IESoft Technologies Private Limited is looking for a talented \'Human Resource Assistant\' to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
2. Coordinate onboarding procedures for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting reviews and providing feedback to employees.
5. Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and diversity initiatives.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and provide solutions.
7. Assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR databases.
