Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates for interview rounds.
Support in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
Assist in preparing HR-related letters (confirmation, transfer, relieving, experience, etc.).
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee documents.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor daily attendance, late marks, and leave applications.
Coordinate with HR/Accounts for payroll processing.
Support in maintaining data for salary, incentives, and reimbursements.
HR Operations & Compliance
Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and circulars.
Help in statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Keep track of probation, appraisal, and contract renewal dates.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
Provide basic support in addressing employee queries and escalating issues to HR Manager.
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
Track employee participation and training feedback.
General HR Administration
Handle day-to-day HR queries and communication.
Support in exit formalities, clearance, and final settlement process.
Ensure HR office supplies and stationery are maintained.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-

Must have
good communication skills

English, Hindi, and Marathi
