Executive to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will handle both HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and employee engagement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Assist in performance appraisals, employee engagement, and training activities.
Handle administrative tasks such as vendor management, office maintenance, and documentation.
Support management in policy implementation and HR reporting.
Maintain a professional work environment and promote company culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in HR and Administration (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Salary:
The salary for the Human Resource and Administrative position in the manufacturing company will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills
