Job Overview

We're hiring an

HR Administrator

who will be responsible for maintaining HR systems, managing documentation, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, documentation, etc.) Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other official documents Organise and maintain HR filing systems both digitally and physically Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees Track probation periods, appraisals, and employee performance reviews Assist in planning employee engagement activities and team events Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity Support payroll and compliance processes with necessary documentation Prepare HR-related reports as needed

Requirements

Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Familiarity with basic HR practices and labour laws is a plus Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively High level of integrity and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Fraser Road Area, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
