Assists Training Head to drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are implemented and all departments are achieving their training objectives.
Major accountabilities of the position (4-6 major accountabilities)
1. Must be proficient in MS office and MIS.

Duties and Responsibilities
Training data updating and maintaining records of all reports.
Daily Online Review Management Report Generation.
Maintaining ORM Dashboard (targets given vs targets achieved and forwarding in the Training group.
ORM negative feedback root cause analysis with the help of Training Head.
Induction & Orientation:
Responsible for conducting Induction and orientation of New Joiners.
Responsible for conducting Refresher Induction session of existing employees.
Keeping records of all inductions conducted.
Audits:
Daily Grooming Audit
Daily Departmental Briefing Audit
Compilation of Audit Reports.
Conducting SOP knowledge test of the employees with help of training head.
Preparing different training reports with Training Head for Operational Departments.
Town-hall
Preparing Data for Townhall with the help of Training Executive and Training Head
Conducting Townhall Meeting with the Core Committee & Executive Core Committee.
Coordinating with the concerned Department.
Birthday Celebration of HOD's
Conducting Employee Engagement Activities
Liasioning with Hospitality Colleges for Industrial Training Exposure.
Making Training Placements for the Industrial trainees according to the departmental requirement.

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Training & Development, or a related field
#
Minimum Job Experience:
Minimum 01 years of experience in L&D or in Operational Departments
