Improx Technologies is looking for an HR & Accounts Executive to support HR operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, and basic accounting responsibilities. This role suits someone detail-oriented, coordinated, and comfortable working with confidential information.
Responsibilities:
Assist with hiring, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee attendance, records, and HR documentation.
Support payroll inputs and basic accounting tasks like invoicing and billing.
Help manage HR queries and internal communication.
Work closely with HR and finance teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting fundamentals.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR tools.
Comfortable with night shift and hybrid work setup.
Own laptop/PC with stable high-speed internet.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Graduation preferred, not mandatory.
