Job Title-Human Resource(HR) (Immediate joiners)

Job Summary-Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires across both corporate and site-based roles. Managing daily HR administration, maintaining accurate employee records (attendance, leave, personal files), and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures.Join Assurance Developers, a leading construction firm in Bangalore, as an HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience. This dynamic role provides essential HR support across our corporate office and various construction sites. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for skilled labor and engineers, ensuring strict compliance with Indian labor laws (POSH, BOCW, PF/ESI), and assisting with payroll coordination. We need a proactive professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for fostering a safe, compliant, and positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities-
