We're hiring a HubSpot Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client - a fast-scaling tech company headquartered in Gurgaon.
The selected candidate will be on ConRoar's payroll and will work full-time with the client's marketing team to execute inbound and lifecycle marketing campaigns via HubSpot.
You'll play a pivotal role in setting up and optimizing marketing automation workflows, improving lead quality, and ensuring seamless CRM alignment between marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize HubSpot marketing campaigns across email, workflows, and landing pages.
Manage lead nurturing sequences, list segmentation, and lead scoring models.
Create and maintain forms, CTAs, and automated workflows to drive MQL ? SQL conversion.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure smooth CRM handoff and data hygiene.
Track campaign performance, build HubSpot dashboards, and report on engagement metrics.
Implement and monitor email deliverability and spam score improvements.
Stay current with HubSpot feature updates and best practices in B2B marketing automation.
Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaign management, workflows, automation).
Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles and B2B lead nurturing funnels.
Experience in email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and lead scoring.
Familiar with UTM tracking, GA4, and attribution dashboards.
HubSpot Marketing Software Certification preferred.
Exposure to Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
