Job Title: HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist (3-5 Years Experience)

Overview
We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to support end-to-end campaign execution, automation, and data management across HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and strong operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations (Marketing Hub)
Build, optimize, and maintain landing pages, emails, and forms in HubSpot.
Create and manage automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and customer lifecycle journeys.
Set up campaign tracking frameworks including UTMs and performance dashboards.
Ensure seamless data flow between marketing assets and CRM for accurate attribution and reporting.
Sales Operations Support (Sales Hub)
Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and pipeline visibility tools.
Manage and update contact and company records, lead status processes, and deal stage configurations.
Support the marketing-sales lead handoff through workflow automation and activity tracking.
Assist sales teams with segmentation, list building, and operational enhancements.
Data & System Operations (Operations Hub)
Maintain data synchronization across connected systems and integrations.
Oversee data enrichment routines, property management, and custom object updates.
Improve data quality by enforcing clean, standardized data structures.
Ensure accuracy of reporting, lifecycle stages, and funnel metrics across hubs.
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot, primarily Marketing Hub with exposure to Sales and Operations Hub.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and lifecycle workflows.
Experience in building dashboards, attribution reporting, and UTM frameworks.
Solid grasp of CRM hygiene, data structures, and cross-team workflows.
Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive alignment.
Role Summary
This role is central to driving operational efficiency across marketing and sales. You will enable smooth campaign execution, ensure data integrity, and optimize HubSpot processes that enhance performance, reporting accuracy, and customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
