We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot & Go High Level CRM Specialist with strong experience in managing CRM systems for education institutes. The ideal candidate will handle automation, workflows, lead nurturing, analytics, and end-to-end CRM optimization for admissions, marketing, and student communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and optimize HubSpot CRM & Go High Level CRM for student leads, admissions, and marketing.
Build and automate workflows, pipelines, lead scoring, and nurturing sequences.
Set up email marketing, WhatsApp automation, landing pages, and forms.
Create dashboards and performance reports for management.
Integrate CRM with websites, LMS, lead sources, and marketing tools.
Maintain database hygiene, segmentation, and workflow accuracy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve conversions and ROAS.
Test and optimize automation to increase admissions and reduce manual work.
Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience in HubSpot CRM (mandatory).
Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM.
Knowledge of automation, email sequences, pipelines, and integrations.
Experience working with education institutes / EdTech (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and training skills.
Additional Preferred Skills
Understanding of digital marketing funnels.
Knowledge of Zapier, Make.com, API integrations.
Experience in customer journey mapping.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree (Any discipline)
Certification in CRM / HubSpot preferred.
