HubSpot Developer & Systems Strategist (Experienced Only)

We are looking for an

experienced HubSpot Developer & Systems Strategist

to design, build, and optimize

sales flows, patient flows, and internal company workflows

using HubSpot.

This role is for someone with

hands-on HubSpot experience

who can both

execute and think strategically

. This is

not an entry-level position

.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize

sales pipelines and sales automation flows

Design and implement

patient/intake flows

, including lead-to-client journeys Create and manage

company-wide workflows and automations

across teams Develop lifecycle stages, routing logic, notifications, and task automation Integrate HubSpot with external tools and internal systems Ensure clean data structure, permissions, and scalable system design Audit, troubleshoot, and improve existing HubSpot setups Advise on best practices for long-term system growth and efficiency

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)

Strong understanding of

CRM architecture, workflows, and automation

Experience building

sales, intake/patient, and operational flows

Ability to translate real business processes into automated systems Strong communication and documentation skills Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented

No entry-level candidates. Experience required.

Nice to Have

HubSpot certifications Experience building flows for

healthcare, patient intake, or service-based companies

API or advanced integration experience

Position Details

Contract or part-time (with potential to grow) Remote Flexible hours
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?268.00 - ?540.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
