Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage HubSpot CRM, including contacts, deals, pipelines, and custom properties
Build and optimize workflows, automation, and lead scoring
Integrate HubSpot with websites, forms, email tools, and third-party apps
Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
Maintain data accuracy, clean CRM records, and manage user access
Generate reports and dashboards for sales and marketing performance
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion and follow-ups
Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and suggest improvements
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub)
Strong understanding of lead management, pipelines, and automation
Experience with email marketing, workflows, and reporting
Basic knowledge of HTML, forms, and integrations is a plus
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and attention to detail
Nice to Have
HubSpot certifications
Experience working with B2B or service-based businesses
Knowledge of CRM migration and onboarding
