This is a

senior, hands-on hybrid role

, not a management position. We are seeking a commercial and strategic specialist with a proven track record in both

growth marketing

and

business development

.

Your mission is twofold:

Marketing:

Architect and execute sophisticated, data-driven marketing campaigns (using HubSpot) to generate a predictable pipeline of MQLs.

Business Development:

Actively engage high-value prospects, identify and nurture new market opportunities, and support the closing of key accounts.
The ideal candidate is a master of the HubSpot stack and can provide

case studies

demonstrating their ability to drive measurable growth across the entire revenue funnel.

Key Responsibilities Growth Marketing & Automation



Architect & Execute Campaigns:

Independently design, build, and run sophisticated, multi-channel marketing campaigns within HubSpot to generate a consistent flow of MQLs and SQLs.

Hands-On Platform Management:

Serve as our in-house expert for the HubSpot stack (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub). Build and manage complex workflows, segmentation lists, and lead scoring models.

Analyze & Optimize:

Continuously monitor and report on MQL/SQL velocity, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution, using data to relentlessly optimize for ROI.

Create High-Converting Assets:

Develop compelling email copy, ad creatives, stunning graphics, high-performance landing pages, and persuasive presentations.

Business Development & Sales Alignment



New Opportunity Sourcing:

Proactively identify and research new market segments, strategic partnership opportunities, and high-value target accounts.

Strategic Outreach:

Work alongside leadership to engage target accounts, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert marketing-generated interest into qualified sales conversations.

Full-Funnel Ownership:

Nurture qualified leads from the MQL stage through to SQL, ensuring a seamless handover to the closing team and providing support as needed.

Market Feedback:

Act as the bridge between the market and the marketing team, bringing back frontline insights to refine messaging, campaigns, and strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience:

8-10 years

of hands-on experience in a hybrid B2B role combining demand generation, growth marketing, and business development.

Proven Track Record (Required):

Driving Lead Generation:

Quantifiable success in building and scaling a lead generation engine (MQL/SQL volume).

Improving Lead Quality:

Evidence of improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.

Pipeline & Revenue Contribution:

Examples of campaigns andpersonal outreach efforts that directly contributed to sales pipeline and can be tied to revenue growth.

Business Development Wins:

Examples of new markets entered, strategic partnerships secured, or key accounts you helped acquire.

High-Impact Individual Contributor:

You are a self-starter who can work autonomously to drive projects from start to finish and deliver on key business objectives.

Certifications:

Required:

HubSpot Marketing Hub Software Certification

(or equivalent, e.g., Inbound Marketing).

Preferred:

Certifications in HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketo, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) are highly desirable.

Analytical Skills:

Expert-level ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into actionable insights and optimizations.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is

required
