We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator who can own, optimise, and scale our HubSpot ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, and Service. This role requires strong analytical thinking, deep curiosity, and hands-on HubSpot expertise. The ideal candidate understands systems, data flows, and process improvement while navigating ambiguity with confidence.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot System Administration
Manage HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
Create and maintain custom objects, custom properties, associations
Build advanced workflows including multi-object logic, branching, if/then statements
Create dashboards and custom reports
Manage data imports, deduplication, bulk updates and data hygiene
Support integrations through APIs or tools like Zapier, Make, native connectors
Process Design & Optimization
Design and re-engineer business processes
Map current-state workflows and identify inefficiencies
Develop process documentation and repeatable playbooks
Apply change management principles
Balance process rigor with operational flexibility
Critical Thinking & Analysis
Diagnose root causes instead of treating symptoms
Identify patterns, anomalies, and insights from CRM data
Question assumptions and validate hypotheses
Prioritise competing demands using structured frameworks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
Present recommendations and insights to leadership
Support sales teams across different deal cycles and models
Work with RevOps, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops
Learning & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with HubSpot releases and best practices
Ask strategic questions and explore "why" behind requirements
Proactively suggest improvements beyond assigned tasks

Skills & Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent discipline demonstrating analytical rigor
