Adison logistics is looking for an experienced and proactive Hub Operations Executive to manage the daily operations of our logistics hub.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Handling:

Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, sorting, and dispatch.

Shipment Planning:

Develop and execute daily operational plans for inbound processing and outbound loading to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

First-Mile & Last-Mile Management:

Strategize and plan efficient pickup and delivery schedules for all shipments to optimize routes and minimize transit times.

Pickup & Delivery Planning:

Supervise and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure on-time pickups and successful last-mile deliveries.

Shipment Tracking & Monitoring:

Utilize our tracking systems to monitor shipments, proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues in transit.

Team Supervision:

Guide and support hub staff to ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all logistics documentation (consignment notes, manifests, etc.) is accurate and complete.

Salary upto 15,000 or above as per candidate experience.
