The ideal candidate will have experience managing operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth workflow, especially in a dynamic EV environment. Key Responsibilities: o Manage and oversee daily hub operations, ensuring efficient workflow. o Supervise and coordinate with teams, including drivers, technicians, and staff. o Ensure proper maintenance and availability of EVs and charging stations. o Track and report key performance metrics, including operational efficiency and safety compliance. o Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving hub operations. o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure top-notch service. o Maintain health and safety standards within the hub. Skills & Qualifications: o Experience: 2-3 years in operations, logistics, or hub management, preferably in EV or related industries. o Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. o Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. o Proficiency in using operational management software.
