Hub In-Charge - Last Mile Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of hub operations and overall management. Ensure smooth daily workflow, from inbound to last-mile delivery. Manage dispatches, route planning, and on-time delivery performance. Supervise hub staff, delivery associates, and coordinate with support teams. Monitor operational KPIs (productivity, cost, service levels, accuracy). Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvements in hub efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/last-mile operations. Strong people management and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving and workflow management abilities.
