We are seeking a highly motivated Executive/In-charge to oversee and execute the day-to-day operations of our Gangtok Hub, ensuring smooth customer/distributor service, accurate transaction processing, and compliance with all regulatory standards while driving operational efficiency and achieving key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels at the hub.
Conduct daily stock audits to ensure consistency between physical and system records.
Prepare and share all kinds of required daily/periodic stock/transaction reports with the branch Head.
Serve as the point of contact for branches regarding stock requests, availability, and delivery timelines.
Communicate effectively with logistics partners and branch teams to resolve operational challenges.
Accurate order processing and delivery, as well as timely updates on back-office tools.
Maintain Hygiene in Physical Product Handling and Storage.
Inventory out/product delivery followed by FIFO.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in HO/Branch for the renewal of the rent agreement/trade license or any other legislative obligations, as applicable.
Act as a liaison officer, handling and resolving internal/external issues as they arise.

Educational Background-
Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields is a plus.
Experience-
Minimum 6mon-1 year in logistics, dispatch coordination, or inventory management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel for report generation and data analysis.
Sikkimese, English, Hindi and other local language.
