Role Overview: Hub Associate (South)

We are looking for a Hub Associate to own and drive end-to-end operations and temple onboarding across Southern India. This role is execution-heavy, on-ground, and ideal for someone early in their operations career who wants high ownership and real-world impact.

What will you do?

Operations & Execution

Own

end-to-end execution of pooja & Chadawa and other executions

including planning, scheduling, execution, and video uploads. Manage

hub operations for Southern States

Handle

pricing, billing, and invoicing coordination

with pandits and temples Ensure timely execution with minimal operational errors

Temple & Partner Coordination

Coordinate with

videographers

for scheduling, quality checks, and timely uploads Act as the primary operations contact for all regional stakeholders

On-ground & Travel

Travel across

Southern States

as required to: Support temple onboarding Execute poojas on-ground Resolve real-time operational issues

Who you are

6 months - 2 years of experience in Operations / Execution-focused roles Fluent in one South Indian language; proficient in understanding other South Indian languages Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground execution Strong coordination, communication, and follow-through skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
