We are seeking an experienced Huawei IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) professional with deep expertise in network performance optimization, troubleshooting, and KPI analysis. The role involves conducting advanced training sessions or consulting engagements focusing on end-to-end IMS network performance, call flows, and QoS enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert-level sessions on Huawei IMS network architecture, components, and call flows.
Conduct hands-on training or consulting on performance monitoring and optimization.
Analyze KPI trends, call setup delays, registration failures, and media path issues.
Provide insights on VoLTE, VoWiFi, and SIP signaling optimization.
Demonstrate methods for fault detection, root cause analysis, and parameter tuning.
Guide teams in optimizing CSCF, SBC, TAS, and HSS configurations.
Integrate performance data with Huawei U2000 / PRS / M2000 tools.
Develop use cases and lab exercises focused on QoS, latency, and throughput improvement.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Technical Skills:
In-depth understanding of Huawei IMS architecture (P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, TAS, SBC, MRF, HSS).
Strong knowledge of SIP, Diameter, RTP, and VoLTE call flows.
Expertise in Huawei Performance Management (PM) tools and counters.
Experience in KPI analysis and optimization for call setup, registration, and handover.
Familiarity with Huawei U2000, PRS, M2000, N2510, and other network monitoring tools.
Proficiency in troubleshooting call failures, latency issues, and QoS degradation.
Understanding of Policy Control (PCRF), ENUM, and DNS interactions.
Experience in trace analysis, log collection, and data correlation for performance reporting.
Optimization Focus Areas:
SIP signaling optimization and session handling.
Media path optimization and RTP stream management.
QoS parameter tuning and policy enforcement.
VoLTE / VoWiFi service quality enhancement.
IMS capacity planning and load balancing strategies.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with Cloud IMS / NFV environments.
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell) for log parsing and KPI extraction.
Strong analytical and presentation skills for technical audience engagement.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
