Key Responsibilities- Own and manage end-to-end servicing of key brand and agency accounts, ensuring high- quality delivery and client satisfaction.- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand solutions across digital platforms, branded content, events, and IPs.- Act as a strategic partner to clients-understanding brand objectives, marketing challenges, and KPIs to recommend relevant solutions.- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, editorial, product, events) to ensure seamless execution and innovation.- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and solution expansion within existing client relationships.- Drive campaign planning, presentations, timelines, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring ROI-focused outcomes for brands.- Provide category and consumer insights to help evolve brand solutions, formats, and IPs.- Maintain strong agency relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related communication.Skills & Experience- 5-6 years of experience in client servicing, brand solutions, or integrated media roles.- Strong background in branded content, digital solutions, events, and IP-led partnerships.- Proven experience managing large, complex accounts and multi-stakeholder projects.- Deep understanding of FMCG, consumer durables, and lifestyle brand ecosystems (preferred).- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
