Position:

Head - HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)

Key Responsibilities (Short):

Develop & lead the company-wide

HSSE Management System

. Define annual corporate HSSE objectives & support project/site teams. Ensure compliance with HSSE Execution Plans & procedures. Manage

incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions & lessons learned

. Collect & analyze HSSE data, dashboards, and metrics for improvements. Review & approve contractor HSSE plans and safe operating procedures. Lead

hazard analysis, risk assessment, governance & assurance programs

. Drive

sustainability & ESG initiatives

across the company. Provide expert advice to achieve a

zero-harm workplace

Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :

? Need only Male candidates.? Required Mumbai and nearby location candidates Only.? Looking for Immediate Joiners to 15 days of Notice period candidates.? Need candidate from Logistics ( specifically Roadways ) industry Only.? Candidate must have minimum 4 years of experience in Road Safety only.? Candidate should have experience in providing training to the team at PAN India level.? Candidate should have experience in handling proper safety documentation and managing all Safety and Health policies, procedures, and activities for the workers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
