Seeking a proactive

HSSE Senior Manager

to lead the company's

Health, Safety, Security & Environment

programs. The role focuses on driving compliance, strengthening governance, managing risk, and advancing sustainability and ESG initiatives across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

HSSE Strategy & Compliance

Develop and manage the company-wide

HSSE Management System

. Define annual

corporate HSSE goals

and support project teams in meeting them. Implement and monitor compliance with

safety and health policies

and statutory regulations. Must have minimum 4 years of experience in Road Safety only. Candidate must have strong expertise in audits, policy formulation, compliance, and training.

Risk & Incident Management

Lead

incident reporting, investigation, and corrective-action programs

. Facilitate

hazard identification and risk assessments

to minimize operational risks. Review and approve

contractor safety plans

and procedures to maintain the lowest acceptable risk.

Performance Tracking & Governance

Collect and analyze

HSSE data

, trends, and KPIs to evaluate performance. Drive

governance and assurance programs

to maintain high safety standards. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Sustainability & ESG Leadership

Develop and advance

sustainability and ESG strategies

in line with company goals. Stay updated on evolving

health, safety, and environmental regulations

and advise management accordingly.

Leadership & Collaboration

Provide strategic HSSE guidance to site and project teams to achieve a

"Zero Harm"

culture. Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
